With over 30 years of experience in fundraising, events, and partnerships for charities, Caroline Cary is the visionary founder of “Eat. Nourish. Love.” She unites influential figures, innovative brands, and entrepreneurs to champion holistic well-being, mindful consumption, and environmental responsibility.
As an accomplished executive fundraiser, Caroline has led major campaigns and events for non-profits, including projects like ‘Heroes’ Square’ at the National Memorial Arboretum and The Maritime Archaeology Sea Trust. She has organized the Early, Early Christmas Fair for 15 years, raising funds for The Army Benevolent Fund, and has curated numerous events, such as the Swan Champions Dinner for the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust.
Caroline’s expertise spans fundraising, partnerships, marketing, public relations, and wellness. She has raised over £4 million for charitable causes and continues to make a meaningful impact through her philanthropic and wellness initiatives.
Ally Cardozo
Ally Cardozo’s professional career began in expatriate employment, but she draws her analytical ability and presentational skills from the subsequent deadline-oriented years in management consultancy where she worked closely with high-profile corporate clients on a wide range of sensitive issues. She then pursued an interest in teaching both professional adults as well as children along with a freelance writing career for local and national magazines.
Ally will be actively involved in the events organisation with Eat. Nourish. Love and will use her strong written and communication skills to develop the PR and social media exposure for our clients.
Andrea Benford
Andrea Benford boasts over 20 years of Retail experience, including 15 years as a Fashion Buyer collaborating with diverse clients and designers across Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, and London. Her extensive international exposure has honed her expertise in marketing, merchandising, profit optimisation, and quality control. Coupled with her profound knowledge of clothing production, business acumen, and financial insights, Andrea is a valuable asset to Eat. Nourish Love. She possesses an innate eye for detail, a talent for imaginative design, a keen sense of colour, and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.

With over five years of experience in producing, editing, and hosting podcasts, I am a podcasting expert and the founder of Bloody Vegans Productions, a podcast production startup that offers video and audio podcasting services for a range of clients
